As Değer Galvano Metal Kaplama, in the multi-layer decorative coating process we apply on aluminum parts, Matte Nickel, Acid Copper, Bright Nickel and Chrome Plating layers are combined to achieve high brightness, premium surface quality and long-lasting durability. This special process is applied in automotive, furniture, white goods, electronics and decorative industrial products to bring aesthetic appearance and technical performance together in the same structure.
In the first stage of the process, the aluminum surface is prepared with special chemical treatments and made suitable for coating. The Matte Nickel Plating applied afterward provides strong adhesion between the aluminum and the upper layers, creating a homogeneous and stable surface. This layer is one of the critical stages that forms the main durability structure of the process.
After matte nickel, Acid Copper Plating is applied to give the surface a smoother and fuller appearance. The copper layer helps fill micro surface defects, contributes to a deeper decorative shine and creates a high-quality base for the following coating layers. Bright Nickel Plating applied over the copper layer provides high reflectivity and gives the part a premium metallic appearance. At the same time, it increases corrosion resistance and ensures an excellent surface before chrome plating.
In the final stage, Chrome Plating gives the surface its mirror-bright final appearance. The chrome layer provides high resistance against scratches, oxidation and environmental effects, helping the product maintain its decorative appearance for a long time.
Thanks to this multi-layer decorative coating system, high surface quality, strong layer adhesion, aesthetic appearance and long-lasting performance are brought together in a single process.
